  • ABOUT OUR ORGANIC CHARDONNAY

    Whole bunches from Ham Street Vineyard were pressed followed by fermentation and ageing in French barrels. Our winemakers Daniel & Nicola Ham at Offbeat did some light battonage in the Spring of 2023 and then bottled via gravity at the end of September 2023 with no additions.

    Serve lightly chilled 10-13°C
