Wines, Cider & Vermouth

We have a micro-winery on site at Coes and we will make our own natural wines on site from 2025 onwards. In addition, Daniel & Nicola Ham of Offbeat Wines will make our Traditional Method wines which will be available from 2027. Whilst we are waiting for our own harvest, Offbeat have made three wines to our specification to showcase our wine style using organic fruit from Ham Street Vineyard in Kent.
