  • ABOUT OUR ORGANIC PINOT NOIR ROSE

    Whole bunches from Ham Street were foot trodden and left to macerate for 24 hours before being pressed in a small basket press. The wine was fermented at Offbeat in a Burgundy barrel and bottled in Spring 2024.

    Serve lightly chilled.
