We are a family-run organic VINEYARD with a MICRO-WINERY offering HOLIDAY STAYS and natural WINE TOURS & TASTINGS.

Coes is a small organic vineyard set in the High Weald in Sussex. We have 50 acres of open fields and woodland with 7 acres set aside for our vineyard and orchard.

Our project is to gently rewild our land around the vineyard, so we are planting trees and hedges and leaving the rest to nature.

We have holiday accommodation and guests can use our indoor pool with hot tub, sauna, games room, tennis court and wine tasting space.

At Coes we make natural wines. These are wines made with little or no intervention. So wild ferments - with no added yeast, no filtration and no added sulphur. Whilst we were waiting for our first harvest in 2025 our winemakers Daniel & Nicola Ham made some wines for us in our house style. Coes first wines will be released in 2026 with help from natural winemaker, Sophie Evans.

Wonderful and unique place that can be highly recommended. Super hospitality with lovely hosts that are friendly, attentive and caring for all details. Great walks around the peaceful surroundings and love the tennis court amenity. Couldn’t recommend more. Truly a 5 star experience.
